Return Process

  Log in to your Mavala account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit, and include your printed return slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
